Develop and maintain incentive calculation models based on defined incentive plans
Manage end-to-end data processing, from sourcing to final reporting
Clean and transform large datasets into analysis-ready formats
Optimize workflows to ensure rapid turnaround and efficiency
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness
Deliver insights on performance, trends, and variance
Key Stakeholders
Sales, HR, Finance and Operations
Education: Postgraduate
Experience: 5+ years relevant experience, past experience of generating MIS reports which are directly used by management
