Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and set enrollment targets in alignment with university goals. Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor the admissions team, including counselors, processors, and data officers. Policy Compliance: Ensure fair, transparent, and accurate application evaluations and maintain strict compliance with university and government regulatory policies. CRM & Data Analytics: Manage Student Information Systems (SIS) and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track application funnels and make data-driven decisions to boost conversion rates. Outreach & Counseling: Represent the university at domestic and international recruitment events, and guide prospective students and families through admissions requirements and financial aid processes. Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: 5-7+ years of progressive experience in university admissions or enrollment management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Skills: Solid analytical, cross-functional communication, and technical skills (experience with modern CRM systems)
