We are seeking dynamic and customer-focus ed French/German Language Service Desk Analy sts to join at HCLTech Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to global clients, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues while maintaining high service standar
ds.
Key Responsibili
ties:
Pr ovide IT Service Desk s upport to international clients via calls, chats, and e
mails. H andle incident management and service re quests in line with defined
SLAs. Troubleshoot issues relat ed to Windows OS, hardware, software, and n e
twork. Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing
tools. E nsure customer satisf action through effective communication in French/G
erman. Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when req
uired. Maintain adheren ce to process guidelines, SLAs, and quality sta n
dards.
