Function: Marketing – Endo Surgery Portfolio
Location : Mumbai, Delhi
Reporting To: Sr. Product Manager / Sr. Marketing Manage r
Role Purpose
The role will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, market development, and business growth for Meril’s Endo Surgery portfolio across assigned domestic and international markets. The incumbent will work closely with sales teams, surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and key stakeholders to strengthen product positioning, support market expansion, and enhance customer engagement. The position requires a strong blend of product knowledge,
field marketing expertise, stakeholder management, clinical understanding, and strategic execution capabilities to support business objectives and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilit ies
Drive product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and regional market requirements
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, workshops, CMEs, KOL engagements, training programs, and academic activities
Collaborate closely with sales teams, distributors, regional managers, and healthcare professionals to support business growth and market penetration
Support product launches, portfolio positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives
Conduct regular product and clinical training sessions for sales teams, distributors, surgeons, and paramedical staff
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making
Develop marketing collaterals,
