Senior Manager / AVP – Finance & Accounts

Location: Bangalore (with travel to estates)
Experience: 10–15 years

Role Overview:
Looking for a finance leader to drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and partner with business teams to improve profitability and efficiency across plantation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting Cost control,



MIS & profitability analysis Statutory compliance & audits (GST, Income Tax) Cash flow & working capital management Oversee payments, payroll & estate transactions Drive process improvements, automation & ERP systems Financial oversight of multi-location estate operations Stakeholder management & team leadership Requirements:
Solid FP& A, accounting & compliance expertise
Experience in end-to-end finance operations
Leadership & business partnering skills
ERP/Tally + Advanced Excel
Plantation / manufacturing / multi-location exposure preferred
CA / CPA preferred
