About the role -

The purpose of this role is to provide the operational base for the various functions, organizational

groups, programs, and relationships present in TRYST. The incumbent ensures that TRYST's internal

functions are managed with rigor and accountability.

This role requires equal comfort with organizational big-picture thinking and with the operational detail of tracking follow-ups and driving accountability. The role has a broad span; hence effectiveness will depend on credibility, judgment, and interpersonal range — not on formal authority.

p Acts as the CEO's sounding board on operational and organizational matters .
