About the Role

We are seeking a creative and talented Digital Content Creator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a social media-savvy creative professional who excels at bringing ideas to life through engaging visual content, compelling graphics, and impactful video storytelling.

The ideal candidate combines robust graphic design skills with hands-on video production experience and a passion for creating content that resonates across digital platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality content that enhances brand presence, drives engagement, and supports internal and external communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to understand creative briefs, campaign objectives, and target audiences. Design engaging visual content for digital channels, including social media, presentations, internal communications, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives.



Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media platforms, including reels, interviews, event coverage, and explainer videos. Transform concepts and ideas into compelling visual stories through a combination of graphic design, motion graphics, and video. Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and visual standards. Collaborate with marketing, communications, HR, and other internal teams to support campaigns and employer branding efforts. Develop creative concepts, storyboards, mood boards, and content strategies for various projects. Perform end-to-end video editing, including color correction, audio enhancement, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines. Education
