Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Source business from Affordable Home Finance segment directly and through channel partners

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships





• Ensure sourced files meet company policy and compliance guidelines

• Resolve customer concerns and deliver quality service experience

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and customer onboarding

• Support business growth and achieve assigned sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Post Graduate

• 1–3 years of experience preferred in Affordable Home Finance / Housing Finance

• Valuable understanding of market and customer acquisition

• Strong communication and customer handling skills

• Field sales experience preferred

Compensation:

• Competitive CTC as per market standards

• Grade: Executive / Senior Executive

• Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
