EXPERIENCE:
Experience in Project Management, Release Management or related IT Operations, with a strong understanding of Agile, ITIL and Change principles
Experience of service management tooling and workflow automation.
Hands-on proficiency with AI tooling including Claude, Chat GPT, and Microsoft Copilot; familiarity with Claude Code for AI-assisted development and automation tasks is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to design and apply effective prompt structures across generative AI tools, including system prompts, contextual instructions, and multi-turn dialogue patterns.
Experience creating reusable AI Skills and custom instructions to standardise outputs, encode team knowledge, and accelerate consistent delivery across recurring workflows.
Ability to configure and manage AI Projects, including scoped context setting, persistent instructions, and knowledge integration to support focused, multi-session work.




Practical understanding of AI Agents and agentic workflows, including designing multi-step autonomous task pipelines, tool use, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints to support release coordination and operational processes.
Education :
Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Bachelors in Database Management, Bachelors in Information Systems, Bachelors in Information Technology, Bachelors in Network Engineering
