The Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can think in campaigns, design with craft, and move with AI. This isn't a production role, it's a creative one. You'll own visual output across brands, shape how our work looks on feed and off it, and use AI tools as an extension of your creative thinking, not a replacement for it.

The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and illustration, an eye for detail, and the curiosity to stay ahead of where design is heading. You'll work closely with copywriters, account managers,



and the founder to turn briefs into work that actually performs.

What You'll Do
Lead design output across a portfolio of clients — social media, digital ads, web, decks, and brand collateral Translate briefs into strong creative concepts, not just execution Use AI image and design tools (Midjourney, Freepik AI, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, and others) to accelerate ideation, moodboarding, and asset creation — while maintaining brand integrity and craft Build and evolve brand systems: logos, identity guidelines, typography, colour, iconography Design scroll-stopping social content — static, carousel, motion-first thinking Collaborate with copywriters and video editors to produce integrated creative, not isolated assets Present work to internal teams with clear rationale Mentor junior designers on craft, speed, and creative thinking
