ETP is looking for an accomplished business leader to head its Customer Success & Growth function for India.

We are specifically seeking leaders from the SAP Partner ecosystem who have a proven track record of managing large enterprise customer portfolios, driving revenue growth through strategic account development, and building trusted relationships with CXO stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience across Customer Success, Enterprise Sales, Consulting, or Account Management within technology-led organizations.

What We're Looking For:
20+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Accounts, Consulting, Enterprise Sales, or Business Leadership
Solid background in SAP / SAP Partner organizations




Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts and customer portfolios
Expertise in renewals, customer retention, upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion
Strong CXO engagement and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading and scaling high-performing customer-facing teams

Key Responsibilities:
Own Customer Success strategy and execution for India
Drive customer retention, revenue growth, and account expansion
Build trusted relationships with CXOs and business leaders
Lead strategic account planning, governance, and executive reviews
Partner with Global Leadership, Product, Sales, and Delivery teams to drive customer outcomes and business growth

This is a highly visible leadership role with direct influence on customer growth, business transformation, and strategic direction across India.
