Job Title- Sr. Exec- Graphic Designer
Location- Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:
Excellent understanding of brand codes and visual language
Researching concepts, designs, reference material, and similar work.
Creative planning and designing all digital requirements like banners, e-mailers, landing pages, social media creatives, animated creatives etc.




Reviewing and proofreading designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions
are correct and also in sync with brand language and tonality.
Guiding and mentoring junior designers and also working with them in close coordination
Managing the timelines and workflow of design projects
Maintaining the brand's consistency across all platforms
Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry standards
Cross-functional communication with website, marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure creative synergies

Qualifications and Experience:
A strong portfolio of design work.
Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
The ability to manage multiple design projects at one time
Fantastic at communication and presentation and thinking recent ideas
Experience in 3 D based tools would be an advantage
Bachelor's degree and command over relevant design software
Experience with an advertisi
