Key Responsibilities:

Handle student and parent enquiries — in-person, via phone, and online channels.
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain student and admission records; track fee collection and pending payments.
Coordinate with faculty and management for class scheduling and academic updates.
Engage with students and parents for feedback, support, and coordination.
Manage basic social media activities — posting updates, replying to messages, and maintaining engagement.
Prepare notes, test papers,



documentation related to admissions, fees, and academic operations.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong typing and documentation skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, email).
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
Pleasant, confident, and student-friendly attitude.
Capability to convert enquiries into admissions.
