Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with strong experience in domestic IT and agency sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in outbound calling, lead generation, product/service demonstrations, and closing deals. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and possesses exceptional English communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct aggressive outbound calling to generate new business opportunities.
* Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and prospecting activities.
* Schedule and conduct online or in-person product/service demonstrations.
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly revenue targets.
* Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
* Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads until closure.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
*Conduct product or service demonstrations independently, explain solutions effectively to prospective clients, address queries, and drive the sales process through to successful closure.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and conversions.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
