What you need:
14–20 years of experience in Information Security, with demonstrated growth and progression within the Security domain. Solid hands-on and leadership experience in Application Security, including Secure SDLC, threat modelling, security reviews, and penetration testing. Experience working closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to influence security decisions and drive secure development practices. Good understanding of Cloud Security across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and external auditors.
Exposure to AI-related security use cases and a willingness to experiment with open-source technologies and security solutions. What you will do:
Lead the Application & Information Security strategy and roadmap, aligning security objectives with business and technology priorities. Partner closely with Engineering teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle and drive a shift-left security culture. Oversee application security initiatives including threat modelling, security architecture reviews, penetration testing, and vulnerability management. Provide leadership across cloud security programmes spanning AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. Build, mentor, and scale high-performing security teams while establishing security best practices and governance frameworks. Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-driven security use cases to strengthen the organisation's security posture.
