About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our cutting-edge team who is consistently raising the bar on service. You must speak in a US/UK Accent and write perfect English for this position. This is an in-person position where you will provide customer service to our healthcare patients.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service, schedule appointments, identify patient needs, and provide absolute privacy. You will be taking incoming calls and utilising our online live chat software to communicate with patients. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to enquiries regarding appointments. Qualifications
Ability to work 24x7 shifts (rotational) and weekend availability. Ability to speak in a US/UK accent with perfect diction and pronunciation. Required Skills
Customer service and/or sales experience. Must speak and write perfect English. Must be comfortable with interacting with USA people. Strong oral and written communication skills. Possess a positive attitude. Preferred Skills
