Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Performance Marketer to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth for Firefly.

This role will own Firefly's performance marketing efforts across Meta, Google, and You Tube, managing campaigns end-to-end with a strong focus on scaling qualified leads, store appointments, and online revenue while maintaining marketing efficiency.





The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on campaign execution and has experience working with fast-growing D2 C or new-age consumer brands.

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Marketing Head & Co-Founder and offers the opportunity to play a key role in scaling one of India's fastest-growing premium lab-grown diamond jewellery brands.

Performance Marketing & Growth
Own Firefly's paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and You Tube. Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and conversion funnels. Drive lead generation, store appointment bookings, website conversions, and revenue growth. Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets of approximately ₹10 lakh.
