About the Role

Gurukul The School is seeking a passionate, experienced, and academically driven TGT English Teacher for Classes VI–X. The ideal candidate should possess excellent command over English Language and Literature, solid classroom management skills, proven academic results, and the ability to prepare students effectively for secondary-level academic excellence, including Board examination readiness.

The candidate should be capable of creating engaging learning experiences, integrating technology into teaching-learning practices, building strong student relationships, and fostering a love for language, literature, communication, and critical thinking.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Academic Excellence & Subject Delivery
Deliver engaging and outcome-oriented English Language and Literature lessons for Classes VI–X. Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills. Foster critical thinking, analytical ability, creativity, and effective communication. Design lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum,



learning outcomes, and competency-based education practices. Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes and examination performance. Board Examination Preparation
Prepare students of Classes IX–X for CBSE Board examinations through effective planning, assessment, and academic interventions. Conduct result analysis and implement improvement strategies to enhance student performance. Develop examination-oriented competencies while ensuring conceptual understanding. Classroom Management & Student Engagement
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment. Build strong rapport and meaningful connections with students.
