Job Description: Program Advisor

The Program Manager is a critical, front-facing role responsible for driving enrolment and serving as the primary bridge between prospective students/parents and the HOAG educational philosophy. You will not simply sell a program; you will consult with high-achieving families to position the HOAG Summer School and other programs as a transformative, career-defining step for their child's future leadership trajectory. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep belief in experiential learning, and the ability to articulate the value of an "Ivy-Grade" education.

Key Responsibilities1. Enrolment and Revenue Generation
Consultative Sales: Manage the entire enrolment lifecycle from initial inquiry (lead) through to final registration, maintaining a target-driven approach. Value Articulation: Clearly and compellingly articulate HOAG's unique selling proposition, differentiating the program from traditional tutoring or casual summer camps, emphasizing the long-term return on investment in a child's leadership capital. Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and report on the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups with high-potential leads. 2.
