Role Summary

Responsible for designing, configuring, and extending Service Now IRM/GRC solutions with robust hands‐on expertise across Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, and integrated workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize Service Now IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, VRM). Develop advanced Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer flows. Build and customize risk scoring models, control objectives, assessments, issues, and remediation workflows. Integrate IRM with CMDB, Sec Ops, ITSM, TPRM, external GRC tools, and data sources. Create executive dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics. Support upgrades, patching,



and regression testing across Service Now releases. Troubleshoot complex platform/configuration issues and optimize performance. Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills & Experience
4–8+ years on Service Now platform, 2+ years on IRM/GRC. Strong Java Script, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub. Solid understanding of risk, controls, compliance frameworks, and audit concepts. Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models. Certifications (Preferred)
Service Now CSA, CIS-IRM IT Risk / GRC / Security certifications are an advantage
