Ltd., a leader in facade design, manufacturing, and installation, is looking for an experienced and proactive Procurement Manager to oversee and streamline the procurement and material management processes. This is a pivotal role that ensures the availability of high-quality materials while driving cost efficiency and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet the material needs of production, supply chain, and project teams efficiently and cost-effectively. Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Oversee the procurement lifecycle, from Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring alignment with project timelines.
Implement vendor evaluation and management systems to ensure reliability and quality of supplies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, materials, and supply chain, to forecast material requirements and avoid delays. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and strategic sourcing. Monitor and track inventory levels, coordinating with the Material Control Manager to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce wastage. Prepare and present detailed procurement reports, including cost analyses, vendor performance, and material availability updates. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities. Drive process improvements within the procurement function to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times. Ideal Candidate Profile:
