The person will lead I information security & IT operations and Enterprise Applications teams. The person will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of security strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and Support and Enterprise Applications like SAP Hanna, Microsoft products, etc. Key Responsibilities (Detailed outline of the role holder)Define and execute the organizations long-term IT vision and digital strategy. Lead IT planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GDPR, SOC2). Oversee development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications (SAP Hanna, CRM, HRMS, etc.). Evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, Io T, cloud-native, cybersecurity tools). Ensure integration, scalability, and modernization of technology systems. Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies, policies, and procedures. Oversee the management of security tools such as SIEM,



firewalls, and antivirus software. Lead the incident response team in identifying, analyzing, and responding to security incidents. Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and risk analysis. Manage IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, and data centres. Collaborate with other departments to ensure security best practices are integrated into all business processes. Provide leadership and guidance to the information security and IT operations teams.
