igns. Develop brand, communication, and campaign strategies rooted in consumer, cultural, and business insi
ghts. Translate ambiguous client briefs into explicit strategic opportunities and actionable framew
orks.



Build persuasive presentations and narratives that influence clients and inspire creative t
eams. Collaborate closely with creative, business, and client stakeholders to deliver integrated solut
ions. Guide and mentor junior strategists, ensuring high-quality strategic ou
tput. Stay ahead of cultural trends, market shifts, and consumer behaviour to uncover new opportuni
ties. Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth initiat
ives. Leverage AI tools to enhance research, planning, and strategic thin
king.
Requir
ements
6–8 years of experience in brand, communications, or creative strategy within an agency or brand envir
onment. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complex business chal
lenges. Proven experience developing integrated campaigns and brand pla
tforms. Excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management
skills. Experience collaborating with creative teams from concept through exe
