We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project & Program Manager to drive the successful delivery and evolution of healthcare software products. This role requires a solid blend of technical depth, program-level ownership, and innovation leadership.

The ideal candidate will not only manage complex,



multi-stream delivery programs but will also proactively identify innovation opportunities across technology, AI, architecture, and healthcare workflows to create differentiated, scalable products.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management:
Own and manage large, cross-functional programs spanning multiple projects, teams, and releases. Define and maintain program roadmaps, inter-project dependencies, milestones, and success metrics. Ensure alignment between product strategy, engineering execution, and business objectives. Govern delivery across multiple Agile teams while balancing scope, quality, cost, and timelines. Proactively manage risks, technical debt, dependencies, and cross-team escalations. Establish and continuously improve delivery frameworks, metrics, and governance models.
