Indirect Reports - Operations Team and Site Teams through reporting structure

Job Purpos

The General Manager – Operations & Business Development will be responsible for managing regional parking operations, ensuring service excellence, driving business growth, improving profitability, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards, SLAs, statutory requirements, and operational processes across North & East Region

.

A. Key Performance Are
Manage end-to-end car park business operations across assigned territories Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction and service quality Lead business development, client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives Ensure contract compliance, profitability and effective performance management Prepare and monitor key MIS reports for operational and business performances . B. Key Responsibilities Are





Operations Management

nt Manage multi-site parking operations; ensure SOP adherence, SLA compliance, audits, manpower planning, productivity improvement, safety and service standard

Business Development

Identify current opportunities across airports, malls, hospitals, commercial properties, real estate, smart mobility and parking infrastructure projects; manage proposals, tenders, negotiations and closures

. Client Relationship Management

Act as key relationship owner for clients; conduct reviews, resolve concerns, improve retention and identify expansion opportunities

Financial Management

Drive revenue, profitability and EBITDA objectives; monitor budgets, forecasting, billing, collections, cost controls and site profitabilities

. Contract & Risk Management

Manage commercial terms, pricing, contractual obligations, risks and approval

Team Leadership

Lead Regional Managers, Operation
