Role Overview




We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – 3 PL Logistics & E-commerce Operations to manage end-to-end logistics coordination and e-commerce order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with 3 PL partners, shipment tracking, MIS reporting, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify. This role requires solid analytical abilities, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to ensure seamless customer order execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily operations with 3 PL logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
Handle end-to-end e-commerce order processing across online sales channels, with a preference for experience in Shopify.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and service levels.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports related to dispatches, deliveries, returns, and logistics performance.
Capture, reconcile, and validate platform sales data accurately.
