About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Attendee Acquisition Specialist to drive event registrations through direct outreach strategies including telemarketing, Linked In networking, email campaigns, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, highly organized, and experienced in engaging senior-level professionals to attend conferences, summits, webinars, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and direct telemarketing campaigns to invite prospective attendees to company events. Use Linked In for targeted outreach, networking, lead generation, and attendee engagement. Identify and connect with decision-makers, industry professionals, and potential delegates across target sectors. Build and maintain attendee databases and track outreach activities through CRM systems. Follow up with prospects via calls, Linked In messages, and emails to maximize registration conversions.



Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align outreach strategies with event goals. Research target industries, companies, and attendee profiles to improve outreach effectiveness. Meet weekly and monthly attendee acquisition targets. Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and registrations. Support event promotion campaigns and contribute ideas to improve attendee engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in telemarketing, delegate sales, lead generation, event marketing, or business development. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience using Linked In for professional outreach and networking. Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls. Robust persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
