We are seeking a Lead Analyst/Sr. Analyst – Net Suite to lead and Manage Net Suite implementation, optimization, and support of Net Suite ERP solutions. This role involves working closely with cross functional teams to enhance business processes, manage system configurations, and provide functional expertise. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Net Suite modules, and experience in Net Suite ERP implementation and customization.

Key Responsibilities:

*Net Suite Implementation & Configuration

*Lead end to end Net Suite implementation, configuration,



and optimization of Net Suite ERP based on business needs.

*Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into system requirements, and document functional specifications.

*Manage system upgrades, recent module implementations, and process automation.

*Business Process Improvement

*Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to streamline workflows.

*Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements.

*Configure Net Suite modules, Develop reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support data-driven decision-making.

*Conduct System testing, UAT and train end-users on Net Suite functionality.

*Provide post Go-Live support and troubleshoot issues.

*Functional Support

*Act as a subject matter expert for Net Suite, resolving system issues and providing technical guidance.

*Assist with user training, documentation, and ongoing system maintenance.
