Role Description This is a full time, on-site Company Secretary role based in Vadodara. The Company Secretary will oversee statutory and regulatory compliance, maintain corporate records, and ensure adherence to applicable company laws and governance standards. Responsibilities include preparing and filing required documents and returns,



organizing and documenting board and shareholder meetings, drafting minutes and resolutions, and maintaining statutory registers.
