About the Role
AIon OS is expanding its India cybersecurity and cyber resiliency portfolio and is hiring two high‑impact Cybersecurity Sales Specialists — one for North/East India and one for West/South India.
This is a pure hunter role focused on acquiring recent enterprise and mid‑market customers across India. You will drive growth for a suite of cybersecurity, cloud governance, compliance automation, business continuity, and IT resilience solutions, including:
AIon OS AI for Cybersecurity & Resiliency Services
Protectra Cyber Defense & Managed Detection/Response (MDR/SOC)
Cloud Governance, Fin Ops, Sec Ops & Compliance Automation Platforms
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Automation (DRaa S)
AIon OS Proprietary Platforms: Uni Stack & Uni Protect
You will engage CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CROs,



and Compliance Heads across BFSI, IT/ITe S, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecom, Govt/PSU, and Digital‑native enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
Own and exceed sales targets across the cybersecurity, cloud security, and IT resilience portfolio.
Build and manage a high‑quality pipeline across assigned territory (North/East or West/South).
Lead the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
2. Solution Positioning & Deal Leadership
Position integrated offerings covering:
SOC/MDR, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response
Cloud Security, Governance, Fin Ops, Sec Ops
Identity & Access Management
Business Continuity, DR automation & Resilience Orchestration
Lead sales for Uni Stack (cloud governance) and Uni Protect (cyber defense).
Collaborate with solution architects to design tailored Zero Trust and resilience architectures.
