Role Overview
As the Sales Team Lead, you will bridge the gap between high-level market strategy and daily sales execution.



You will not only be responsible for expanding our market presence across custom web development services and digital/Saa S products but also for mentoring and building a fierce sales team that consistently achieves targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify New Market Categories: Research, identify, and penetrate untapped industry verticals, market segments, and geographical areas to create new business pipelines.
Develop & Mentor the Sales Team: Recruit, train, coach, and manage a motivated sales team. Set transparent performance metrics (KPIs) and cultivate a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
Refine STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning): Strategize and implement precise STP frameworks to identify the right target audience for our custom web design solutions and specific Saa S applications.
· Direct the Online Marketing Team: Collaborate closely with and direct the digital marketing team to align strategies and generate highly qualified, intent-driven inbound leads.
