Location: Gurgaon | Offered CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA

Eligibility:

Experience: 10+ years in E-commerce, D2 C, Digital Commerce, in Luxury Beauty, Premium Skincare, Cosmetics Brands

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall E-commerce and D2 C business strategy, driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth

• Manage marketplace channels including Nykaa, Amazon, Tira, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, and other key online platforms

• Drive D2 C website performance through customer acquisition, retention, CRM, and conversion optimization initiatives

• Own digital trade planning, promotions, pricing strategy, and online business forecasting

• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, category, and brand teams to deliver seamless omnichannel growth
