Position Summary:

The Operations Supervisor – Procurement is responsible for leading a remote team delivering Procure-to-Pay (P2 P) services across the business. The role ensures procurement operations are completed accurately, within agreed timelines, and in compliance with company policies and procedures. It also focuses on driving continuous improvement,



supporting team development, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
Coach and support a remote procurement operations team. Allocate workloads and ensure equitable distribution of tasks. Provide ongoing feedback to the relevant Team Leader. Ensure adequate team coverage across different time zones, leave periods, and absences. Service Delivery:
Ensure purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices are processed accurately and within agreed service levels. Manage incoming requests through Service Now, email, and other channels. Monitor workloads, backlogs, and team priorities. Resolve operational issues and escalations in a timely manner. Vendor & Data Management:
Oversee vendor onboarding and master data maintenance. Ensure procurement data accuracy and compliance with governance standards. Collaborate with master data teams to resolve data-related issues. Com
