Position: Physics Faculty
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Physics Faculty with 5–7 years of experience in coaching students for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality classroom lectures for JEE/NEET aspirants. Develop strong conceptual understanding among students. Prepare study materials, assignments, practice sheets, and test papers. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring. Analyze student performance and provide academic guidance. Participate in curriculum planning and academic strategy discussions.
Maintain academic discipline and foster a positive learning environment. Desired Candidate Profile
B. Tech, M. Tech, B. Sc., M. Sc., or equivalent qualification in Physics or a related field. 5–7 years of teaching experience for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and/or NEET. Strong command over Physics concepts and problem-solving techniques. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to motivate and mentor students for competitive examinations. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools. What We Offer
