Job Description

Wonderchef is looking for a data-obsessed, high-growth Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our digital presence across India's leading e-commerce and quick-commerce ecosystems.

In this role, you will be the custodian of a significant marketing budget with the primary objective of driving exponential revenue growth. Your success will be measured by ROAS, Market Share (Share of Voice), and the efficiency of our customer acquisition across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Big Basket, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Platform Strategy & Execution:



Full ownership of end-to-end performance marketing strategies for Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.) and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto).

· Budget Management & Optimization: Manage large-scale monthly budgets, ensuring optimal allocation between always-on campaigns and high-impact event days.

· Full-Funnel Management: Execute and optimize Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads. Leverage platform-specific tools (like Amazon Marketing Cloud) to drive upper-funnel awareness and lower-funnel conversions.

· Q-Commerce Mastery: Tailor strategies for the immediate delivery mindset—optimizing for local catchment areas, managing SKU-level visibility, and ensuring high conversion in a high-velocity setting.

· Data Analysis & Reporting: Create and maintain real-time dashboards to track ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, etc. Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for the other team.
