Role overview:
Developer to support the design, development, automation, and optimization of solutions across the Google Workspace ecosystem. The developer will be responsible for enhancing collaboration, migrating/modernizing existing Google Sites, managing Shared Drives and Vault configurations, and building custom solutions using Google Apps Script, APIs, and integrations with third-party or enterprise systems.
The role requires hands-on expertise in Google Workspace administration, scripting, and development, with strong problem-solving skills to modernize existing Google Sites and ensure seamless management of business-critical data across Google services.
Key Responsibilities
• Google Sites Development & Modernization
• Design, build, and maintain contemporary Google Sites for departmental and corporate use.
• Redesign/optimize legacy Google Sites for usability, branding, and performance.




• Create templates and reusable components for consistent intranet experiences.
• Shared Drives & Content Management
• Configure and manage Google Shared Drives structure, permissions, and policies.
• Automate file and folder provisioning using Google Apps Script or APIs.
• Google Vault & Compliance
• Configure Vault retention policies, legal holds, and e Discovery processes.
• Build scripts or dashboards to monitor Vault usage and compliance adherence.
• Collaborate with security/compliance teams to ensure policies align with organizational requirements.

• Develop automation solutions using Google Apps Script to streamline workflows across Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar.
