Overview of the Role
As the Group Manager - Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing Finance & Accounting (F&A;) operations within HCLTech’s Global Capability Centers. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing world-class shared service models for global clients, ensuring operational excellence, process standardization, and alignment with client finance objectives.



Your leadership will directly impact client satisfaction, process efficiency, and the continued growth of HCLTech’s shared services portfolio.
Detailed Responsibilities
• Design and implement robust F&A; shared service delivery models tailored to global client requirements.
• Oversee seamless transitions of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting functions.
• Establish and continuously monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), governance protocols, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Drive automation initiatives and process standardization across finance operations to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Align finance operations delivery with client objectives, ensuring proactive stakeholder management and effective communication.
