Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Infor Syteline Technical Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Infor Syteline ERP (Version 9 or 10) implementation, customization, integration, and support. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ERP development, customization, and database management, along with the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese and English to collaborate with global stakeholders and support business users.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions within the Infor Syteline ecosystem, ensuring smooth business operations and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and support solutions in Infor Syteline ERP (Version 10).
Work on ERP enhancements, custom forms, reports, extensions, and workflow automation.




Develop and maintain Mongoose-based applications within the Syteline environment.
Build and optimize stored procedures, SQL queries, triggers, and database objects.
Develop integrations between Syteline and external applications using APIs, web services, XML, and middleware.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide long-term solutions.
Support system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Create technical design documents, user guides, and deployment documentation.
Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and best practices compliance.
Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
