Brand & Marketing Manager

Dehradun | Full-time

A leading multi-speciality hospital in the Dehradun building a reputation in a market where most patients make decisions based on word-of-mouth, referral trust, and first impressions. This role owns how we show up — across every channel, every piece of collateral, and every patient touchpoint — and is responsible for the team and agencies that make it happen.

What you'll own
You're responsible for brand consistency, campaign execution, and marketing output across digital and offline. That means managing an internal marketing team (content, design, social) and holding an external creative or digital agency accountable to briefs, timelines, and measurable results. You'll run the editorial calendar, own the social presence (Instagram and Google especially, given how patients discover us), manage review generation and reputation on Google Maps and Practo, and coordinate with the clinical team on content that builds genuine authority — OBS, paediatrics, vaccinations, nutrition.



Growth marketing is part of the job. You'll set up and manage Meta and Google campaigns, track cost per appointment, and iterate. You'll also support Whats App patient communication initiatives as we build out automation. What we need

4–6 years in brand or marketing, with at least 2 years managing people or agencies. Healthcare experience is a plus, not a must. You need to be able to write a brief, review creative work critically, and hold vendors to standards without burning the relationship. Data-comfortable: you can read a campaign dashboard and know what to do with it.

Robust Hindi and English. Dehradun-based or willing to relocate.

What this isn't

A coordinator role. The person running this has opinions, makes calls, and is accountable for whether the marketing function moves the needle on patient acquisition and brand trust.
