Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer to drive business growth for our AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) robotic solutions across the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2 B industrial sales, automation, robotics, or material handling solutions , with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for A GV robots, autonomous material handling systems, and industrial automation solutions.
• Generate leads through field visits,



industrial networking, cold calling, references, exhibitions, and digital channels.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site assessments, and live demonstrations of AGV robotic systems.
• Understand customer operations and recommend suitable AGV automation solutions based on workflow, payload, and operational requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales coordination.
• Coordinate with technical, project, and service teams for successful deployment and customer support.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and industrial clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in AGV and industrial automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanic
