Safety and Compliance

: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and training to maintain a safe work workplace. Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure full compliance with safety regulations . Process Oversight

: Supervise wet chemistry processes to prepare silicon wafers for solar cell manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules . Chemical Management

: Handle and manage chemicals used in wet chemistry processes, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal in compliance with safety and environmental regulations . Process Optimization

: Optimize chemical concentrations, temperatures,



and immersion times to achieve desired surface properties and cleanliness of silicon wafers . Quality Control

: Conduct inspections to verify the effectiveness of wet chemistry processes in preparing silicon wafers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and surface quality . Documentation and Reporting

: Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, process parameters, quality inspections, and safety procedures. Generate reports to track process performance and support continuous improvement efforts .
