Key Accountabilities / Responsibilit
ies
1. Corporate Strategy and Growth Manage
ment Prepare and recommend effective annual marketing plan and marketing budget for assigned product
(s). Design and implement marketing programs aimed at increasing market share and enhancing customer engagement and retent
ion. Monitor and analyze performance of assigned product(s) (Sales vs. Targ
et). Equip sales team with technical expertise through promotional materials, product training, and relevant clinical pap
ers.



Prepare effectiveness reports for promotional materials to evaluate suitability and
ROI. Monitor and analyze competitors’ strategies and market surveys to identify trends and forecast produ
cts. Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints for assigned product
(s). Conduct and participate in camps, CMEs, round table discussions, medical conferences, and fairs to enhance customer reach and engagem
ent. Ensure 100% hygienic sales by tracking bonus offers and institutional sales clos
ely.

tions Build and strengthen relationships with key business accounts, medical professionals, and KOLs to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat busi
ness.
