The Role
As a Graphic Designer at HOAG India, you will be the custodian of our visual identity. You will work across digital and print mediums to create assets that resonate with ambitious students and discerning parents. You will also manage co-branded collateral involving our partners, ensuring a premium aesthetic that aligns with a "higher-education" and "innovation hub" standard.
Key Responsibilities1. Visual Brand Management Maintain and evolve the HOAG brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
Design sophisticated co-branded marketing materials (HOAG x Masters' Union and HOAG x BITS Bio Cy Ti H) for summer/winter cohorts.
Ensure all designs reflect a premium, academic-yet-cutting-edge tone.
2. Digital & Social Media Create high-engagement social media assets (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook) including carousels, stories, and static posts.
Design digital brochures (PDFs), email newsletters, and website banners.
Support the digital marketing team with performance-based ad creatives (Meta/Google Ads).
3. Print & Offline Collateral Design high-quality program brochures, flyers,
and physical certificates for HOAG Alumni.
Create in office event branding elements such as standees, backdrops, and participant kits for physical cohorts.
4. Curriculum Support Assist the Program Coordinator in designing visually engaging presentation decks, worksheets, and experiential learning maps for students.
Requirements
Experience & Skills Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean typography, sophisticated color theory, and a modern aesthetic.
Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and Figma/Canva for quick digital iterations.
Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience, preferably in Ed Tech, premium lifestyle brands, or creative agencies.
