At Label S4 U, we're building one of India's most-loved women's fashion brands, and we are looking for a sharp, organised right-hand to help drive the business forward by working closely with our founder.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the Founder's right hand — manage calendar, meetings, travel & priorities
- Build reports, dashboards & presentations (Excel / Google Sheets / Power Point)
- Track MIS, KPIs and follow-ups across teams so nothing slips
- Coordinate meetings, take MOMs & drive action items to closure
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors & external partners on the Founder's behalf
- Support HR & documentation processes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years as an Executive Assistant / Admin / Reporting / HR (EA to leadership preferred)
- Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets — VLOOKUP,
pivots, dashboards, formulas
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented & confidentiality-driven
- Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple priorities & deadlines
- Bachelor's degree (any stream)
