The Role

We are looking for a Brand & Community Lead to help make Tripole India's most loved outdoor brand.

This role goes beyond traditional marketing. You'll be responsible for growing the brand through storytelling, creators, communities, partnerships, events, and customer advocacy.

You will work closely with the founder and have significant ownership over how Tripole is perceived and experienced.

Key Responsibilities
Build and strengthen Tripole's brand positioning and presence Coordinate with various stakeholders to maintain consistent brand identity across socials, website, marketplaces,



mailers and even packaging Develop partnerships with outdoor communities, trekking groups, colleges and clubs Plan and execute brand campaigns and events Drive user-generated content and customer advocacy Work with content creators to develop compelling brand stories Identify opportunities that increase brand awareness and community engagement Who We're Looking For
3 to 6 years of experience in brand marketing, community building, partnerships and content Robust ownership mindset and execution ability Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience building communities, creator networks, events, or brand initiatives Preferred:
Passion for trekking, hiking, running, or the outdoors in general Experience with D2 C, consumer, sports, travel, or outdoor brands
