Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SQL Server DBA to manage and support enterprise database platforms across on-premise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). The role is primarily centered around Microsoft SQL Server, while also requiring solid hands-on experience in Postgre SQL and exposure to modern cloud-native database services.
The ideal candidate should operate as a cross-skilled senior DBA, capable of working across multiple database technologies, supporting both SQL Server and Postgre SQL environments in production, and contributing to cloud-native database operations. The role demands strong ownership of critical systems, along with the ability to adapt to evolving database platforms across relational and non-relational ecosystems.

Required Skills & Experience




8–10+ years of strong SQL Server DBA experience
Min 6+ years of hands-on working experience with Postgre SQL
Proven expertise in performance tuning, HA/DR, and production system management
Min 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure SQL, AWS RDS, or other managed database platforms
Exposure to My SQL / Maria DB and modern cloud-native databases
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scripting skills
Automation & Dev Ops Alignment
• Support automation of database provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance tasks
• Work with Dev Ops teams to integrate database operations within CI/CD pipelines
• Use scripting (Power Shell, Python) for operational efficiency
• Contribute to improving DBA processes through automation and standardization
