We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a FHIR API Tester. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating FHIR-based APIs and workflows for compliance with FHIR R4 and implementation guides. This role will involve designing and executing interoperability test scenarios and test cases across payer-provider systems, as well as performing end-to-end testing of prior authorization and utilization management workflows. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams within a US healthcare payer environment to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and improve first-pass success rates.

Validate data quality, terminology bindings, and profile conformance.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams within a US healthcare payer environment.

Design and develop all QA artifacts.

Robust knowledge of FHIR standard (R4), REST APIs, and healthcare interoperability (mandatory).
Experience with Utilization Management / Prior Authorization workflows/EDI X12 278 (highly desirable).

Expertise in API testing and tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, etc.
