Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager in our Redevelopment team to drive the identification, evaluation, acquisition, and closure of redevelopment opportunities. The role requires solid commercial acumen, stakeholder management capabilities, and a deep understanding of the redevelopment ecosystem, including housing societies, regulatory authorities, and project feasibility assessment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business development activities for redevelopment projects, including opportunity identification, market mapping, feasibility analysis, and preliminary due diligence. Source and evaluate redevelopment opportunities across housing societies, cluster redevelopment projects, and other urban renewal initiatives. Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with society members, managing committees, consultants, landowners, and government authorities. Conduct financial and commercial assessments to determine project viability and recommend acquisition strategies.



Drive negotiations with stakeholders and support the execution of term sheets, development agreements, and other project-related documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including DCPR, RERA, municipal regulations, and redevelopment guidelines. Coordinate with legal, design, finance, approvals, and project teams to facilitate seamless project acquisition and transition into execution. Liaise with municipal authorities and statutory bodies to support approvals and project commencement. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy developments to identify emerging redevelopment opportunities. Prepare business cases, management presentations, and project acquisition proposals for leadership review and approval. Preferred Attributes
