Hiring: Head of Legal | Bengaluru
Lead Squared is one of the fastest-growing Saa S companies in the CRM space, empowering 2,000+ customers across 25+ countries with automation-led sales and marketing solutions.
We are looking for an experienced legal leader to head our Legal & Compliance function and partner closely with CXOs and business leaders to drive contracts, compliance, governance, and AI-led transformation.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with CXOs and business unit heads to align legal strategy with business objectives
• Lead end-to-end contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex customer and vendor agreements
• Drive high-value enterprise deal negotiations, particularly in global and US markets
• Build scalable contract lifecycle processes through standardization and automation
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws, IT regulations, and evolving AI governance requirements
• Lead AI adoption initiatives to improve legal workflows, turnaround times, and operational efficiency




• Oversee dispute resolution and manage external legal counsel
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing legal team
What We're Looking For
• LLB mandatory (LLM preferred)
• 10+ years of legal experience, preferably within Saa S or technology organizations
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts and enterprise negotiations
• Good understanding of data privacy, compliance, and AI-related legal frameworks
• Exposure to US markets is highly preferred
• Proven experience managing teams and senior stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace
Location: Bengaluru (5 days/week work from office)
