We are seeking an accomplished General Manager, Projects with a robust background in managing and delivering multiple complex education projects. This role demands a results-driven leader with a passion for delivering excellence, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects from concept through completion. You will be expected to challenge delivery norms to achieve optimal outcomes while ensuring project goals are met within scope, schedule, and budget. A strong understanding of architectural or civil/structural or MEP disciplines, along with contract and contract administration knowledge, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership
Lead the execution of the project strategic roadmap by developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Provide weekly and as-needed project updates to the Director, including executive-level reports; escalate critical issues as required to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Lead value engineering and design optimization reviews to improve efficiency without compromising quality or compliance.
